If your daily reality is "twenty WhatsApp messages a day, across five languages, with photos and voice notes," Verto is the tool built for that job. It uses GPT-4-class language models connected to a detailed knowledge base and replies in any major language. It reads photos (radiators, thermostats, doors), transcribes voice notes with Whisper, and handles emergencies with local numbers and safety instructions.
The second point is the channel. Verto is WhatsApp-first through the official Meta WhatsApp Business API — not one of the side channels, but the main one. Guests open it without downloading an app, without remembering a branded link, without friction. For European PMs with 1–50 apartments, it matches how guests actually communicate.
Third, localization. Verto is an Italian company (Diciassette Srls, VAT IT04131570360) with EU-only servers, native GDPR DPA, Italian e-invoicing through SDI and Italian-language support.
