Privacy Policy
Who we are
Verto AI is a service provided by Diciassette Srls, an Italian company registered at VAT IT04131570360, based in Modena, Italy. For privacy-related inquiries contact info@vertoai.it.
What data we collect
- Account data: name, email, phone number, company details you provide when signing up.
- Apartment data: information about your properties (address, amenities, check-in instructions) that Verto uses to answer guest questions.
- Guest messaging data: messages exchanged between Verto and your guests, processed to generate replies.
- Usage data: session logs, timestamps, IP addresses for security and service operation.
Why we process it
To provide the Verto AI service, respond to guest messages, send you account notifications, improve the product, and meet legal obligations. Processing bases under GDPR Art. 6: performance of contract (the subscription you buy), legitimate interest (security, service improvement), consent (optional analytics), legal obligation (tax, accounting).
Where data is stored
All customer and guest data is stored on servers located in the European Union. Sub-processors include established providers used strictly for service operation. A full list of sub-processors is maintained on our sub-processors page.
Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict or port your data, and to object to certain processing. Send requests to privacy@vertoai.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in Italy the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
Retention
Account data is kept for the duration of your subscription plus applicable legal retention (typically 10 years for accounting). Guest messaging data is kept for 18 months from last exchange, unless you request earlier deletion.
Updates
We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Last updated: April 2026.
