Terms of Service

1. Service provider

Verto AI is provided by Diciassette Srls, an Italian company registered at VAT IT04131570360, based in Modena, Italy.

2. Account and eligibility

Registration is reserved to individuals aged 18+ or to legally incorporated entities. You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Subscription and billing

Verto is a subscription service. Monthly or annual billing is charged in advance. Prices are published on the pricing page and may be updated with 30 days' notice. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Verto for unlawful purposes, including but not limited to: spam, harassment, fraud, violation of third-party rights, circumvention of platform rules (Airbnb, Booking, etc.). We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating these terms.

5. Service availability

We target an uptime of 99.5% monthly, with planned maintenance windows communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party providers (Meta WhatsApp Business API, OpenAI, etc.) outside our control.

6. Data ownership

You retain ownership of all data you upload or generate via Verto (apartment info, guest conversations, analytics). Upon account termination you can export your data within 30 days.

7. Intellectual property

Verto AI, including the software, design, knowledge base templates, and documentation, remains the exclusive property of Diciassette Srls. You are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to use the service during your subscription.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Modena, Italy, except where mandatory consumer-protection rules apply.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed at least 30 days before taking effect. Last updated: April 2026.
