3Troubleshooting won't start

Should I provide extra towels during stay if guest uses washer?+

No. If the machine is available and working, the guest can wash their own towels. If the washer breaks and the guest needs them, then yes replace at your expense.

How much detergent for long stays?+

Estimate 1 dose per 4 nights. For 7+ night stays, leave 3-4 doses. For 14+ night stays, consider a complete 16-dose box (~€12). Costs are minimal vs satisfaction.

Guest broke a garment in my washer: who pays?+

Check instructions given. If you indicated correct programs and items were washed at wrong temperature by guest's choice, it's their responsibility. If the machine actually has a defect (torn drum, malfunctioning program), you cover the damage and repair the machine.
