1Brief
Hi {{guest_name}}, it was a pleasure having you as a guest at {{apartment_name}}.
Hope your stay in {{city}} brought you good moments. If you come back to the area in the future, you know where to find me 😊
Safe onward travels!Checkout
The thank-you message after check-out emotionally closes the relationship and prepares ground for future direct bookings (skipping Airbnb). Sent the day after check-out, it manages the ideal moment to consolidate the relationship. Three variants: brief (for 1-2 night stays), with discount (to push direct bookings), complete for long stays.
When to send
When to send: 1 day after check-out. Together with or after the review request message (never before — would seem only review-seeking).
Three tone variants. Pick the closest match to your style, or use them as a baseline to personalise.
Placeholders like {{guest_name}} are intentionally left visible — replace them with your data before sending.

FrancescoYes, completely legal. Airbnb doesn't forbid hosts from hosting guests via other channels. Only: you can't redirect guests OUT of Airbnb DURING an active booking (that violates TOS). After the booking is complete, you can talk about future stays freely.
Realistic estimate for individual hosts in tourist cities: 5-15% of guests who receive the message consider a second booking, of these 30% actually book. So out of 100 guests, ~3-5 return. But they're the most profitable customers (zero commissions, zero acquisition cost).
Yes, even if not the long version to everyone. For 1-2 night stays the brief version is enough (30 seconds to type). Perceived pleasure for the guest is high, your effort is low.
Want to automate the non-template replies too?
Templates cover predictable cases. For everything else — unexpected questions, photo attachments, voice notes, different languages — Verto AI replies on its own, understands context, and keeps the tone you set.
